Check-In from 11: 00 and check-out before 11 00. We do our best to make your room available when you arrive.
» The Wi - Fi connection is available in common area, such as Restaurant, Small lounge bar, Patio,...As the WI-FI access is with the 3G Mobile network, available for emails, surfing but not be allowed for downloading.
» Free accommodation for the guest driver.
» That can organize the airport transfer / Tana Ivato - Antsirabe - Tana Ivato: on request.
» Possibility of extra bed, only in large rooms: on request.

In your choice, please submit the request on the first hour of the morning,

Payment mode
» Payment of the 20% of the accommodation to confirm and keep the reservation booked.
» Possible payment cash in Ariary (local currency) or currencies (Euro, USD) for the rest of the payment on the arrival of the clients, following the day rate exchange.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
In high season: [June 1st to October 21st]
» Any cancellation is payable at 100%
In low season:
» Cancellation within 5 days of the arrival date: 100% of the total amount is due
» Cancellation more than 5 days before arrival date: no refund of the advance payment
